EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

At The D Closet  we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and exchange policy below:

Exchange Policy:

​

 We are pleased to offer an exchange policy for all goods returned in their original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for store credits valid for 30 days.

​

  1. Exchange Request:

​

If you wish to exchange an item, please send a request to thedcloset.sales@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our customer service team will promptly respond to your request and provide you with a return address.

    2. Return Process:

​

  • Once you receive the return address, you will have 48 hours to ship the items back to us. Please ensure to provide us with a tracking number for your shipment.

  • shipping charges must be prepaid and insured by you.

  • Any loss or damage to the goods during the shipping process falls under your responsibility

    3. ​Store Credits:

​

Upon approval of the exchange, a store credit ( Excluding Delivery Charges ) will be issued to you via email. This store credit will have a validity period of 30 days, during which you can choose from any item displayed in our store.

Refund Policy:

​

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for purchases made through our store.

​

Exclusion Criteria:

​

Please note that items purchased on sale and during EID season are considered final sale ana can't be exchanged.

Delivery policy

​

All Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or

 delivered on weekends or holidays.

​

Delays

 

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

​

 

We ship your order through Canada post/ UniUni/ ICS Courier & USPS which gives us an approximate timeframe on when the parcel will be delivered to your door. However, there may be times when delays occur. This can occur any time especially during public holidays such as Christmas, Easter and bank holidays. We cannot be held for any delays caused as once the parcel has been dispatch by us, it is then the responsibility of the shipping company for you to receive your parcel on time.

Please note that we will not take responsibility for any incorrect address details provided/lost packages or for the parcels not being claimed by the buyer.
